    J.W. Pedersen, Architect received a "New Good Neighbor Award" for their work at the Landis Theater in Downtown Vineland, New Jersey.

     

    The firm has also received the "MAME" award for Architecture at both the Winslow Cross Senior Complex and the Landis Square Senior Apartments.

     

    Firm President John W. Pedersen is an active member in the local community and serves on the Environmental Commission. John's passion for the City is shown through his efforts to keep the city clean and care for the public land and trees.
